For the thoughts that never asked to be loud

A lot of the time, I sit with thoughts and wonder if they live anywhere else besides my own mind.

Reflections from the Heart is where those thoughts finally land.

The ones that linger. The ones that circle back when things get quiet.

Mental rants, half-formed realizations, and feelings that never quite asked to be explained — only felt.

As an only child, independence came early. So did solitude.

I learned how to hold conversations internally, how to observe more than I spoke, how to keep my inner world mostly to myself. Writing became the place where everything could exist without interruption.

These reflections aren’t conclusions or advice.

They don’t arrive neatly or resolve cleanly.

They are small truths — from nobody in particular — written honestly, from the bottom of my heart.

Unfiltered. Unpolished.

And simply me.
